The chef Raúl Resino, one of the most prestigious chefs in the Comunitat Valenciana, with one Michelin star and two repsol suns, will delight those attending the Comunitat Valenciana Pavilion at Salon Gourmets with a showcooking in which he will prepare four exquisite seasonal dishes originating in the Comunitat Valenciana. Specifically, he will be cooking cold pickled swordfish; limpets with a stew of their insides; sea anemone with brandade of mussels  and pinta roja in white all i pebre. Undoubtedly, a magnificent sample of the delicacies that can be obtained from our Mediterranean Sea.
