The renowned chef Miguel Barrera, from the Cal Paradís restaurant, holder of a Michelin star, a green Michelin star and two Repsol suns, will be present at the Comunitat Valenciana showcooking to perform a culinary exhibition with dishes made with local, seasonal and 0 Km products. Sharing his culinary philosophy, rooted in his roots in the province of Castellón (Spain), the chef will delight the audience with two exceptional dishes: one made with one of the most appreciated mushrooms in existence, morels, and another created with game meat as the main ingredient, in this case, partridge.
