Showcooking and tasting of traditional dishes from the Comunitat Valenciana

During all the days of the fair, two professional chefs from the Tourism Centre of Dénia and Gandia will offer live showcooking and tasting of traditional products of the Valencian Community such as paellas, sweet rice, baked rice, fideua, etc. The daily event will start at around 1pm and will finish at 4pm.
