In our company there isn’t a list of flavours, it’s more like a commitment to transform the wishes of all ice cream lovers in frozen creations.

We desing and make customized artesan ice cream, acording to our client’s needs.

¿Why are we different?In the ice cream world, a good fruit sorbet should have a minimum of 40% fruit.In Gelati!! Gelati!! most of our fruit sorbets contain 70% organic fruit and 30% sugar, this way we make an excellent sorbetto, rather than a good one, where vitamins replace water.

Our frozen nut creams contain at least 20% hazelnut, almond, pistachio…

We avoid overum, our ice creams are heavy. We avoid air in the preparation of ice cream, which gives volume but not content. A 2.5 liter bucket of ice cream has an approximate weight of 2 kg.

More than 200 flavors of ice cream, we design and make custom artisan ice cream.
