Black truffle, winter truffle or Perigord truffle, Tuber melanosporum Vittad. selected. Collection from 11/15 to 03/15. Also available in the months of June to September from the Southern Hemisphere.

Summer truffle or San Juan truffle, Tuber aestivum Vittad. selected. Collection from 05/30 to 07/30.

Autumn truffle or La Bourgogne truffle,Tuber uncinatum Chatín selected. Collection from 09/15 to 11/30.

Piedmont white truffle, Tuber magnatum Pico, selected. From 10/30 to 12/30.

Spring truffle or bianchetto, Tuber Borchii. From 03/15 to 05/15.

These truffle varieties can also be presented frozen, dehydrated and freeze-dried.

CONSERVATION: Keep in the refrigerator at 4 degrees Celsius in an airtight container and on blotting paper. They can also be wrapped individually with blotting paper.

USEFUL LIFE: variable between 15 and 30 days.

In the heart of La Tinença de Benifassà Natural Park, in the north of Castellón, is the home of our truffles La Masía de Jarque, located in an natural mountain spot at 1200 metres above sea level and very close to the Mediterranean Coast.

This area has optimal climatic and soil conditions for the cultivation of this fungus, giving our truffles a FRESHNESS, AROMA and UNIQUE FLAVOUR.
