CONSERVATION: Dry, cool, ventilated place and isolated from light.

USEFUL LIFE 12 months since preparation.

GASTRONOMIC RECOMMENDATION Product ready to eat once the liquid that accompanies it has been drained. Ideal to accompany and decorate a meat or fish dish. Add to creams and salads. In canapés or tartlets it provides a very beautiful image. 

Very interesting in sashimi dishes, sushi, meat and/or fish carpaccios, and fresh oysters.

In the heart of La Tinença de Benifassà Natural Park, in the north of Castellón, is the home of our truffles La Masía de Jarque, located in an natural mountain spot at 1200 metres above sea level and very close to the Mediterranean Coast.

This area has optimal climatic and soil conditions for the cultivation of this fungus, giving our truffles a FRESHNESS, AROMA and UNIQUE FLAVOUR.
