  • Exhibitor: FRINSA
  • Brand name: Frinsa La Conservera
  • Sector: CONSERVAS DE PESCADO

The Yellowfin tuna (Thunnus albacares), is a migratory species caught in tropical and equatorial waters. It can reach a length of up to two meters and is characterized by the yellow color of its fins. Its flesh is consistent and light brown in color.

Frinsa's Yellowfin tuna comes from the selection of the best specimens, caught in the Atlantic Ocean in front of the African coassts, using traditional fishing techniques. Advanced cleaning and packaging techniques are used in its preparation, subjecting the product to a pre-cooking process to facilitate cleaning and cutting. It is canned in whole body by hand and only olive oil and salt are added to reinforce its organoleptic qualities.
