The White Tuna (Thunnus alalunga), also known as Albacore or Longfinned tuna, is a blue fish belonging to the tuna family whose intense flavor and soft texture of its white meat make it the most valued of its kind. Frinsa's White Tuna comes from specimens caught during the fishing season, which is known as "Costera del Cantábrico". These specimens are caught selectively, using traditional fishing gears with rod one by one, guaranteeing the quality of the product and respecting the rest of the species in the marine environment.

The canned White Tuna is made from the manual cutting, canning and packaging of the white tuna, after which only olive oil is added as covering liquid, which covers and protects the food, also giving it an extra flavor.
