The octopus (Octopus vulgaris) is a cephalopod mollusk characterized by its eight tentacles equipped with two rows of suckers. It lives in the rocky bottoms of coastal areas, at depths of less than 200 m, and is caught using specially designed fishing nets.
Frinsa octopus is made from the tentacles of the mollusk, cut and canned by hand, adding only olive oil to enjoy its authentic and characteristic flavor.
