Fratelli Sicilia, founded in 2016 by brothers Piero and Salvo Motta, specialises in the production of artisan bakery products, such as panettone made with a strict sourdough starter and 36 hours of slow fermentation, in traditional flavours, with chocolate drops, filled with various creams and citrus creams, among others. The company also makes vegan and gluten-free variants. It also produces traditional Sicilian pastries, such as almond cakes, butter biscuits and Sicilian cannoli made of dehydrated cream with a long shelf life. The company exports 70% of its production to more than 15 countries, with a strong presence in America and Iberian countries going back more than 7 years. It also has the capacity and experience to offer customised private label production upon request.
