In La Payesa we are cheese manufacturers under the DO Mahón Menorca, with the highest quality standards: we are an IFS certified company and our products are recognized with numerous awards and medals obtained in different competitions. Our specialties are cheeses made with raw and pasteurized milk, semi-cured and cured matured in cellars. For its elaboration we fuse traditional Minorcan techniques with new techniques of elaboration, combining tradition and innovation, which makes us unique.
