Made exclusively with duck meat, cooked at low temperature in Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO). FoieGood Rillettes are very juicy and tasty. They are ready to eat but they are also used to make all kinds of fillings.

Our ducks are raised outdoors, free to roam and feed naturally on a 100% plant-based diet, without the need for force-feeding.
