Foie gras MI CUIT 250g is a piece of fatty liver of whole duck (without crushing) vacuum packed and subjected to a light heat treatment (pasteurization) that barely alters the physical structure, composition and organoleptic characteristics of foie gras.

The Micuit is characterized by a compact and bright look, a corn yellow color, and a strong and penetrating flavor and aroma.

Due to the poor cooking of foie gras, the Micuit de foie has an incomparable melose texture. Useal tips The Foie Gras Mi Cuit corresponds to a whole piece of ungripped duck-fat liver, and therefore has a cutting texture.

How to serve foie gras ; take the Foie Gras out of the fridge and keep it at room temperature between 5 and 20 minutes before tasting it to appreciate all its qualities.

Once opened, cut into fine slices. To do this, use a sharp knife, previously passed through hot water, and make the cuts on the cold foi gras.

You can also use a lira cutting cheese or butter. If we want to consume it cold, we will have to keep it 10 minutes at room temperature to reach the characteristics of aroma, texture and flavor of the best foie gras.
