Dark amber in color and a floral smell with a clear malty component, intense and persistent. Strong flavor, not very sweet and with strong salty notes. It is the honey that combines honeydew with the nectar of other flowers, such as that of the heather or chestnut flower, since in many regions these trees coexist and bees they visit at the same time.
