Cured salchichon sarta stuffed into natural casing

Our salchichon sarta is made with lean and pork belly. Instead of paprika, it is seasoned with white and black pepper and other spices that give it a distinctive flavor. It is stuffed into natural pork casing and left to dry for 21 days. It is gluten-free and  it is a perfect cured meat to enjoy as an appetizer or during snack time.
