Cured chorizo sarta produced in natural casing without using any additives

The chorizo sarta is a cured product that has undergone a drying time of 21 days. It is made with natural casing, using high-quality pork meat and Designation of Origin paprika. Unlike other chorizos, it does not contain artificial colorings or preservatives. Additionally, it is gluten-free and lactose-free. It is produced in both sweet and spicy varieties. Our chorizo carries the prestigious quality labels of Reyno Gourmet and Artisan Foods from Navarra, supported by the Government of Navarra.
