Longaniza Imperial

The longaniza imperial is a cured sausage made in a traditional way with  meat and pork trimmings and seasoned with spices that give it that tasty, mild and natural flavour, in a larger and wider piece than the fuet, so it needs a slower curing process. It is ideal to enjoy as an aperitif or in sandwiches.

Made with natural casing.

The variable weight of each piece is approximately 650g.

We are the 3rd generation of a family business located in Navarrete, a small town in La Rioja, and we are dedicated to the production of traditional sausages. All our sausages come from meat of national origin, with Duroc breed pigs and Welfair animal welfair certificate.

Our speciality is fuet, with a wide range of formats and flavours, for example, fuet with blue cheese, nuts, paprika, pepper, etc...

New in 2024: Fuet with Wagyu´s meat.

We have our own slicing room.
