At Eman Vara Gourmet we believe that between the good and thesublime there are only small but important differences. That´s why fromour beginnings, we set ourselves as a fundamental premise to achievean excellent and exclusive EVOO.Our extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) of extreme climate 12+1 emerged as aninnovative idea and as an alternative to the production of wine thatoccurs in the south of Valladolid region. After the death of our father, we decided to undertake a risky but veryattractive agricultural project, planting olive trees in an extreme climate to develop it.

These adverse conditions causes a limited production of our arbequinaolives trees. In this way we achieve a very healthy and pleasant oil forthe palate, where its fruity aromas and flavours stand out, and at thesame time the characteristics of a healthy EVOO are given such asbitterness and spiciness, but very subtly. Many awards that it hasrepeatedly achieved attest to this.

Yearly production: The effects of extreme climate where we produce our arbequina olives have a big influence in yearle production, moving into range 12,000 and 15,000 litres nowadays.
