Artisan sheep ricotta cheese

Cottage cheese made all year round with the extraordinary whey from the production of our raw sheep's milk cheese from the Basque Country and Navarre. It can be consumed on its own or in both sweet and savoury recipes. Cottage cheese is not a cheese, but a dairy product. It contains very easily assimilated proteins with a high biological value, phosphorus, sodium, calcium and niacin. It contains four times more proteins than milk, and is easier to assimilate than those found in other dairy products (casein). It contains much less fat than cheeses.
