Chipotle hot sauceThis hot sauce is version of a very old Mexican recipe. One Friday night, at a university party, Carlos Carvajal decided to travel to Mexico by car with his friends. From the central Californian coast, it took us 8 hours to reach Baja California. After sleeping for a few hours on the beach, they went to eat in a restaurant there, and tried what for him was the best hot sauce he had ever tried in his life until then.Carlos left the restaurant with the recipe for Salsa Chipotle and here it is!With lots of chipotle chilli (obtained from smoked ripe jalapeño peppers), garlic, onion, coriander, cumin, oregano, black pepper, apple cider vinegar and organic salt, this sauce is the tastiest we've made so far.
