Gourmet Vegetable Preserves since 1985.

We offer 100% artisanal, Organic and Natural Gourmet products, without Preservatives, Colorings or Thickeners. We are the true "handmade" following production methods as before, as always. With more than 30 years of experience and with the support of our most emblematic product, La Ensalada de Suflí, we manufacture a wide range of canned vegetables, as well as a selection of seasonal jams.

We preserve the exceptional quality and flavor of our products by implementing the classic culinary techniques of water bathing, traditionally known as "Bain-marie". We are committed to bringing the freshness of the finest locally produced and in-season fruits and vegetables to your table, as well as the magic of our smoky touch of oak charcoal roasts.

Our goal is to contribute to the improvement of people's diet and health through products made with high lime raw materials
