Derovo is a benchmark in the production of egg products, a pioneer in the production of pasteurised liquid eggs (egg, yolk and white), egg powder, boiled egg, spray egg, sweet egg cream and other products.

With the aim of offering consumers the best products, Derovo integrates the entire value chain, carefully controlling good practices and guaranteeing the total verticality and independence of the organisation, from the rearing of laying hens, production of feed and eggs, quality control, transformation, packaging and also distribution, through our two egg product units, in Pombal/Portugal and Mieres/Asturias/Spain.

We process an average of 1 billion eggs per year and have dozens of international certifications and awards. We have a wide range of product solutions, aimed at different needs, from industry, the HORECA channel, confectionery or end consumers, including egg derivatives under the DOVO brand, Legut complements - confectionery solutions and other ranges for which we are official representatives, such as Crema, Barry and Sicao chocolates, among others.
