El aceite de oliva virgen extra “MOLINO DE LEONCIO GÓMEZ” se obtiene de la primera extracción de las aceitunas seleccionadas de las variedades Picuda, Hojiblanca y Picual. En su elaboración solamente se utilizan procedimientos mecánicos, que hacen que se conserve el sabor, el aroma y las características de la aceituna de la que procede. Es un aceite frutado ligero de aceituna verde con notas maduras. En boca es dulce, ligeramente amargo y picante. El retrogusto es almendrado.
Sugerencias de uso: Recomendado para su uso en crudo. Ideal para aliñar ensaladas, vegetales cocidos, para la elaboración de vinagretas y salsas, así como para repostería.

To obtain this exceptional Olive Oil Juice, we use the followingvarieties: 60% Picuda (Region's Native variety), 20% Hojiblanca and 20% Picual.
