Ha sido elaborado en base a una cuidada selección de los mejores frutos del olivo, recolectados con esmero en el período óptimo de maduración correspondiente a cada variedad, y molturado en el mismo día de su recolección, dando como resultado un néctar de aceituna con unos logradísimos registros químicos y unos irreprochables atributos y cualidades sensoriales (sabor y olor). Es un aceite Monovarietal Hojiblanca o Picuda, frutado intenso de aceituna verde, con notas de manzana, almendra verde y recuerdos a hortaliza como el tomate. En boca la entrada es dulce, amargo, con picante final en progresión.

Sugerencias de uso: Recomendado para su uso en crudo en desayunos y como aderezo de ensaladas frescas, para acompañar con jamón y quesos. También para carnes y pescados a la parrilla.
