Un AOVE de cosecha temprana de la variedad picudo, que se caracteriza por un frutado intenso de aceituna verde, notas de hierba fresca y hortalizas como la alcachofa y la tomatera, recuerdos frutales de manzana y plátano. La entrada en boca es ligeramente dulce con amargo y picante ligero medio. En el retrogusto se potencian todos los aromas iniciales. Es un aceite con gran armonía y complejidad.

To obtain this exceptional Olive Oil Juice, we use the followingvarieties: 60% Picuda (Region's Native variety), 20% Hojiblanca and 20% Picual.
