On the nose the aromas glide harmoniously, wild red fruits (blackberries, blueberries) accompany the toasted and spices, merging a clean and sincere sensory experience.
On the palate it expresses its fleshiness with balance and complexity, its tannins being ripe and very well integrated with acidity and alcohol, elegant, subtle and with a long finish.
Quinta de Mil Bruñal is a subtle, clean, harmonious wine with a long finish where it makes clear its great journey.
Quality wines with a geographical description is a quality category introduced under the wine and vineyard law 24/2003, of the 10th July, and includes wines produced in a certain area using grapes from that area. The quality, reputation or characteristics of these grapes are directly linked to the area’s geography, to its human factor or to both with regards to grape production, wine-making or wine-ageing.

There are two theories being studied regarding this: one which links the arrival of vineyards to the Duero during Roman colonization, and another which links it at much earlier period to the trade routes used by the Phoenicians and to the natural port formed where the Duero reaches the sea (the current day Portuguese town of Port).
