Farmstead cheese, natural rind, no additives

Fermier cheese, made in the estate using only the milk production from our flock which also lives and is fed from crops grown in the farm. Its rind it's natural and has no additives, only: milk, rennet, ferments and salt. Just as it always has been. We produce three different ripening times: 3, 6 or from 9 months old.

The Dehesa de Los Llanos estate, located only 5 km from Albacete and with an area of almost 10.000 hectares, has been dedicated to agriculture and livestock since its establishment in the 17th century. Today, these fundamental pillars define the personality of our cheese, made exclusively from raw milk from our own livestock that is also fed with our pastures and fodder, thus closing the circle of integral processing.
