White tuna or ‘Thunnus Alalunga’ has an intense taste of the sea, light flesh and properties that have made it, without doubt, the king of tuna. It is an exquisite recipe made up of pieces of white tuna, julienned dried tomato, capers, olives and spices, ideal as an aperitif or to mix with pasta, salads or to make pizzas and snacks.
