Canned peppers obtained from Capsicum Annuum L. fruits (piquillo variety), from organic farming. The peppers classified in this category are those that retain their original shape allowing a slight trimming at the ends and the existence of open fruits in which all the ingredients have been subjected to a careful selection and a careful process of elaboration resulting in a product of superior quality.
