MSC Yellowfin tuna with sundired tomato in olive oil

Yellowfin tuna, also called Yellowfin or Yellowfin (because of its peculiar yellow fins), is a migratory species caught mainly in tropical and equatorial waters and is perhaps the most widely used tuna for canning. Its flesh is firm and pinkish in colour. In the case of refrigerated tuna, it is also of extreme quality, as it is not frozen and maintains all its qualities and flavour.In addition, MSC Yellowfin Tuna ensures a commitment to comply with the principles of sustainable fishing, traceability and product quality.Once the best specimens have been selected and the cooking process has been completed, the fish is prepared and packaged using traditional techniques. For the preparation of our preserves, we use Yellowfin Tuna loins to which we add dried tomato cut into julienne strips and our specially selected olive oil, which provides an exclusive aroma and flavour.
