The ‘Bonito del Norte’ or ‘Thunnus Alalunga’ has an intense taste of the sea, clear flesh and properties that have made it, without a doubt, the king of tuna. In addition, MSC Bonito ensures a commitment to comply with the principles of sustainable fishing, traceability and product quality. For the preparation of our preserves, we use the loins of White Tuna to which we add our specially selected olive oil and truffle slices, which provide an exclusive aroma and flavour.
