Mackerel in olive oil

Mackerel (Scomber japonicus) is a species of perciform fish of the Scombridae family. Once the best loins have been selected and the cooking process has been completed, the fish is prepared and packaged. For the preparation of our preserves, we use the best pieces of mackerel to which we add our specially selected mild olive oil, which provides an exclusive aroma and flavour.
