The sea (crab) salad is an exquisite canned product with a good appearance. It consists of white and orange surimi trunks (txaka) with red piquillo peppers in strips and vegetable oil. The product is heat-treated to give the final product specific organoleptic characteristics, adding vegetable oil to increase these characteristics, prior to sterilisation of the product. In addition, the surimi is made with MSC fish, ensuring a commitment to compliance with the principles of sustainable fishing, traceability and product quality. Finally, top-quality organic sunflower oil is added to ensure that the crab surimi retains its unique flavour and qualities.
