Canned prepared dish of plant-based vegan ragout

Ragu is a traditional Italian sauce of French origin (ragu comes from ragoût, which in French means ‘meat stew with potatoes and vegetables’). Our recipe is completely vegetable-based, prepared mainly with textured pea protein, vegetables and spices. Excellent for seasoning first courses, baked pasta, lasagne and cannelloni. Textured pea protein is an excellent source of protein, it does not contain any animal products or by-products and is therefore perfectly suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
