Under this denomination we offer the best Albacore Tuna from the Cantabrian Sea and we make it in Fresh, that is, we purchase the raw material directly from the fishermen's associations of the Basque Country (mainly from the ports of Bermeo and Getaria) and we elaborate it immediately. The raw material never enters in a frozen process. In this way, we obtain a much juicier and sweeter product, maintaining all the organoleptic characteristics of Albacore Tuna.
