Session IPACibeles Sin Gluten: Light Session IPA with mango and resin notes, perfect for celiacs.

With less than 10mg/kg of gluten and less than 5mg/kg of prolamins, this Session IPA from La Cibeles tastes exactly like the rest of our beers but makes hops an ingredient suitable for gluten-intolerant individuals. With moderate bitterness, well-balanced by the prominence of malts on the palate (flavors that remain even after using gluten-degrading enzymes), it has natural and low carbonation, making it very easy to drink (5.1% ABV). On the nose, the Dry Hop with a single hop variety enhances aromas of mango and resins.

La Cibeles was born in Madrid in Jun 2010. Our beers are brewed with 100% natural ingredients, mainly malts and Spanish hops. We're proud to be pioneers in our country and to lead the research in technology to turn a simple beer into an identity sign.
