Since its founding in 2014 in Yunquera de Henares (Guadalajara), Cervezas Arriaca has established itself as one of the most prominent microbreweries in Spain. With a firm commitment to quality and innovation, we have made our beers a benchmark in the market. Our facilities span over 2,000 m² and a current production capacity of over 1 million liters per year, with plans to expand to 2 million liters, allow us to continue growing and offer top-quality products. At Arriaca, we use only the highest-quality natural ingredients: water from the Sorbe River, premium malts, national and international hops, and carefully selected yeasts, which are essential to ensuring consistency and ensuring that each batch of Arriaca retains its unique character, guaranteeing a pure, authentic, and uncompromising flavor.
As a microbrewery, we pride ourselves on our ability to innovate. We were the first in Spain to offer our beers in cans within the craft sector. Cans, increasingly valued for their ability to preserve flavor and freshness and for being more environmentally sustainable, are now our most widely used packaging. Adding to this innovative approach are processes such as tangential filtration, also pioneered in Europe, which ensures greater purity and stability in our beers.
Arriaca IPA SIN, our latest innovation, is an alcohol-free and gluten-free IPA, but with all the flavor and bitterness of a classic IPA. Unlike other non-alcoholic beers, at Arriaca we follow a unique process, using a specially designed yeast to naturally generate very little alcohol and a natural preservative called Nagardo, derived from edible mushrooms. This preservative guarantees the beer's stability and freshness, preserving all its organoleptic properties.
