Picárragos is a paste made from asparagus, bread, garlic, peppers, vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, spices and salt. This product is similar to Picarnina, and may be used in the same way but adds the distinct flavour of asparragus.
Can be used as part of a healthy-eating diet as it contains fibre, folic acid, iron and Vitamins B1, B3, C, E and K.
We are a small family business which was born out of joining two of our biggest pasions ; cooking and the countryside.
