PIMIENTOS DE PIQUILLO CULTIVADOS EN ANDALUCIA, ELABORADOS ARTESANALMENTE Y CONSERVA

Pimientos del Piquilli, (Piquillo Peppers), are made from our own, home-grown peppers and estra virgin olive oil. They are a result of combining two traditions; the Navarran style of roasting peppers and the Andalusian way of preserving.

We recommend having it cold to accompany cheese or fish.

Can be used as part of a healthy-eating diet as it contains fibre and a lot of Vitamin C.


We  are a small family business which was born out of joining two of our biggest pasions ; cooking and the countryside.

so not only do we create and produce our sauces and preserves, We also grow most of our ingredients,as well as this, We have locally found plants.

Adding in the spices traditionally used in our cooking make our preserves seem not familiar to most  Andalusian people but also very inviting to anyone who fancies trying a

taste of Andalusia.

We process and preserve a range of natural seasonal produtcs so that they can be used and enjoyed throughout thr year all of our products are momemade, without artificial

colourants or flavorings,They are produced using tradicional methods of preserving which use extra virgin olive oil, local Jerez vinegar , spices etc
