CORAZONES DE ALCACHOFAS SILVESTRES AL NATURAL

Cabezas de Alcauciles (wild artichoke hearts), preserved raw in water and lemon. They are ideal for making both traditional Andalusian recipes, or for adding a bit of originality into are dish. 

They can be used in many different ways:

- Added to the ´Sofrito Casero´,cooking them until tender.

- Grilled with crushed garlic, parsley, oil and salt.

- Added to stews.

- Added to vegetable paella.

- Straight from the jar with mayonnaise.

Can be used as part of a healthy-eating diet as they contain fibre, potassium, magnesium, calcium and Vitamins A, B3 and C.


We  are a small family business which was born out of joining two of our biggest pasions ; cooking and the countryside.

so not only do we create and produce our sauces and preserves, We also grow most of our ingredients,as well as this, We have locally found plants.

Adding in the spices traditionally used in our cooking make our preserves seem not familiar to most  Andalusian people but also very inviting to anyone who fancies trying a

taste of Andalusia.

We process and preserve a range of natural seasonal produtcs so that they can be used and enjoyed throughout thr year all of our products are momemade, without artificial

colourants or flavorings,They are produced using tradicional methods of preserving which use extra virgin olive oil, local Jerez vinegar , spices etc
