Suckling pig confit at low temperature for several cooking hours, manually deboned to leave the meat as intact as possible along with its skin. We then mould the meat into a bar-shaped roll using a high pressure vacuum system.

With GBech 4aGama we offer a complete line of high quality meat bases, vacuum-preserved and cooked at low temperatures, ready to regenerate and customize with the recipe of each professional. We also make the best vegetables, cooked in the traditional way and peeled by hand, as well as carpaccios and other products designed and developed especially for the HoReCa sector. After years of experience, effort and perseverance, our products currently comply with the IFS Food (International Featured Standards) regulation, a seal that certifies that we have passed all quality and food safety controls.
