Can Bech is a family business with a gastronomic tradition, which began its activity in the Can Bech restaurant in Fontanillas (Empordà - Costa Brava). After years of experience in the sector, in Can Bech we began to elaborate the traditional figs candied in syrup and to pack them for the nearest customers and stores, and what began as a complementary activity to the restaurant, became the origin of Can Bech as a premium canned fruit and vegetable brand. Little by little, we are expanding our product offering with natural jams, cocoa jams, jellies, chutneys, Mediterranean sauces to signature cheese pairings, Just for Cheese sweet sauces. After years of experience in the kitchens of the Can Bech restaurant, in 2006 we decided to create GBech Profesional, with the aim of offering a line of products created by chefs who know well the real needs of a professional kitchen. With GBech 4aGama we offer a complete line of high quality meat bases, vacuum-preserved and cooked at low temperatures, ready to regenerate and customize with the recipe of each professional. We also make the best vegetables, cooked in the traditional way and peeled by hand, as well as carpaccios and other products designed and developed especially for the HoReCa sector. After years of experience, effort and perseverance, our products currently comply with the IFS Food (International Featured Standards) regulation, a seal that certifies that we have passed all quality and food safety controls.
