Café Circular

At Cafés El Globo we are convinced that the value of our coffee goes far beyond its flavour. Our commitment and relentless pursuit of excellence led us in 2021 to the region of the Altas Montañas of Cordoba, Veracruz (Mexico), the place where our Café Circular programme was born. This initiative allows us to get to know more deeply the coffees and the environment where they are grown by working directly with the producers from the origin in collaboration with the Cordoba Coffee Museum and the Cordoba Coffee Institute.

Our involvement in all stages of the value chain allows us to ensure the traceability of each coffee bean, the promotion of good agricultural practices and the improvement of the transformation processes. In this manner, we revolutionize the way of growing coffee by allowing the design from the very root of its seedlings.

In addition, by eliminating intermediaries we seek to alleviate speculation and combat the unfair prices that producers often receive so that all parties involved are treated fairly and sustainably.

In 2024 we imported 18 tons of specialty coffee through the Café Circular program, and our purpose for 2024 is the growth of the program and expand it to new origins, placing value on the labor provided by the producer families with whom we collaborate in this program.

The success of one seed reverts to the next.

At Cafés El Globo, we’ve been roasting coffee since 1965, upholding values of dedication, commitment, and exceptional quality. We proudly stand as the only Spanish company certified as a 100% Arabica Roaster, working exclusively with the finest Arabica beans.

We offer a diverse range of coffees, including blends, specialty coffees, Cold Brew, and Signature coffees designed for professionals, tailored to individual preferences.

Our Cold Brew Coffee, crafted with 100% Arabica beans and steeped in cold water, is preservative and sugar-free, making it a leader in mixology and the Ready-to-Drink sector.

This year, we’ve strengthened our Café Circular program, working with producers in origin, focusing on sustainable farming practices.
