This Arabica Coffee from China, of the Catimor P3/P4 variety and washed processing, has a SCAA score of 85.75.
The Coffee cherries are hand-picked on the Banka farm by the Lahu, an ethnic group that lives in nearby villages. It is subsequently pulped to remove the skin, fruit and mucilage. The remaining coffee is dry fermented for 18 hours and then passed through narrow channels of running water to be sorted by density. Finally, it is spread on drying patios for 5-8 days.
It offers a medium/high acidity and medium body, with a predominance of fruits such as peach, raspberry or apple, with a slight touch of black pepper.
