Café Kenia Gicherori. This coffee is grown at an altitude of 1700 metres on the slopes of Mount Kenya, which is the highest mountain in Kenya and the second highest in Africa (after Kilimanjaro) and awarded three Stars in the Great Taste 2018, the maximum number of stars possible for each product.This region is famous for its soils rich in volcanic clay, as well as its good microclimate with sufficient rainfall. Around 1,100 farmers deliver their ripe red cherries to the Gicherori factory.
