The Mojo Palmero suave is made with a selection of the best peppers harvested on the island of La Palma, where the microclimates are responsible for giving the special flavour that characterises it. All the ingredients are carefully checked and selected to obtain this high quality product. It is a red coloured product with a pleasant smell and texture.
It can be used with any meat or fish, grilled or barbecued, fried or stewed, with bread, potatoes, toast, arepas, gofio, etc.
