Tasting note:
Made with Albillo Criollo, the original grape of Garafía,this wine is clean and transparent, with steely and greenish rims. In nose there is a good presence of ripe fruit (peach, melon, on afloral background, and herbaceous hints(anise, fennel). It has a full, proportionate, gourmand and frank mouth, also intense and persistent.It is a balanced wine, with delicate acidity and a long aftertaste.
