Production:

Made from the best grapes from high mountain plots, vines over 50 years old and from areas with lower productivity. After the harvest, the wine undergoes a pre-fermentation maceration at low temperature in a steel tank to extract its qualities.After fermentation, it is transferred to French oak barrels, where it remains until the desired parameters are reached, subjected to daily Bâtonnage. A wine with its own personality, which transmits the landscape.

Tasting note:

It has a cherry color, with a medium-full body and violet rims.Medium-high aromatic intensity with touches of cocoa, black pepper, spices, balsamic, roasted coffee and blackberries.When swirling the glass, the aromas of cocoa and red fruits intensify. The palate is dry, with a great range,fresh and a pleasant tannicity.Aromas of red fruits and balsamic aromas appear in retronasal. Balanced, fresh and lively wine.Aromatically very complex and meaty on the palate
