Amor Imposible is the concern of Bodegas Servilio, after the first years of elaborations, knowing and recognizing each vineyard, we discovered the exceptional capacity of the majuelo of our grandparents to express the reality of the old vines of Pesquera de Duero in selected elaborations.

Variety: Tempranillo 100%.

Vineyard yield: 2.500Kg/ha.

Winemaking: Selection table, destemming, partial crushing and vatting in a stainless steel tank of 3,000 liters.
