Vino limpio y brillante con tonos verdosos alimonados. En copa forma una burbuja fina y persistente. En nariz con aromas verdosos de intensidad media, también se aprecian os aromas de levadura de la autólisis, que recuerdan al pan de molde. Fresco y bien estructurado, es redondo y con postgusto largo. Ideal para aperitivos, pescados y mariscos.
